Orange Dog Investments, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") develops and publishes mobile applications. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps we publish — including AiReply, Parallel, and Autodinner, and any apps we release in the future (each an "App," together the "Apps") — as well as this website, unless a specific app provides its own separate privacy policy.
Our guiding principle is simple: we collect the minimum information needed to make each App work, we don't sell your data, and we don't use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
By using an App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
What we collect depends on the App and the features you use. Across our Apps, the categories are:
We do not collect your contacts, precise location, browsing history, or advertising identifiers, and we do not ask for personal information an App doesn't need to function.
AiReply (AI text-reply assistant): No account is required. The message text and options you enter are sent to a third-party AI service (xAI/Grok) to generate reply suggestions, with your explicit consent (see Section 4). We do not store your messages on our servers after a reply is generated.
Parallel (family screen-time and wellness): Without family sync, all data stays on your device. With optional family sync, a parent/guardian signs in with an email address, and challenge completions, optional photos and reflections, credit balances, and settings are synced between your family's devices through our hosting provider. Teen profiles are created and managed by the parent/guardian; the parent PIN is stored only in hashed form. Family data is visible only to your family and is deleted when you delete it or reset the app.
Autodinner (family dinner planning and grocery delivery): A household account stores your meal plans, food preferences, budgets, and — if you use grocery delivery — your delivery address. To fulfill an order, the items you approve and your delivery details are shared with the grocery fulfillment partner you select (for example, a national grocery delivery service). Free-text meal descriptions may be processed by an AI service to identify ingredients.
Future apps will follow the same principles above. If a future app collects anything materially different, we will update this policy (see Section 10) or give that app its own policy before release.
We do not use your content to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or for marketing unrelated to the App you're using.
Some Apps include AI-powered features. As required by Apple App Store Guidelines (Section 5.1.2(i)), we explicitly disclose that content you enter into AI features (such as message text in AiReply or meal descriptions in Autodinner) may be shared with third-party AI services to generate results. Where an AI feature shares personal data, you will be asked for explicit consent before first use, and you can withdraw consent by not using the feature or uninstalling the App. Our AI providers process this data temporarily and per their own privacy policies (e.g., xAI: https://x.ai/legal/privacy-policy).
We share information only in these limited ways:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit and secure API calls, to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Content processed by AI features (e.g., AiReply messages) is handled temporarily and not stored by us after results are generated. Synced app data (e.g., Parallel family data, Autodinner meal plans) is retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete it in the App or ask us to. Device and usage data is kept only as long as needed — typically 12 months or less — then deleted or anonymized. You can also stop all collection by uninstalling an App.
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Some Apps (such as Parallel) are designed for families: teen profiles are created, managed, and supervised by a parent or guardian, who controls what information (such as an optional photo) is shared and can delete it at any time. If you believe a child has provided us personal information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

Data may be processed in the United States or other countries. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this policy as our Apps evolve. Changes will be posted at this page with an updated effective date, and significant changes (such as new categories of data sharing) will be communicated in-app.
